Who am I? I am Dr. Kuvana Jones, an educator and a mom of 2. I graduated college with a BS in Health and Nutrition Science and a CHES certification; but I am also just “your girl next door” and I’ve cracked the code on what it takes for big-hearted high achievers to build a meaningful life. I’ve always had big dreams and I am ecstatic to share this journey with you. I knew that I was here to contribute in a big way – to leverage my passion and gifts to make a positive mark on this world. Obtaining a degree in health was not just for the bare sake of getting a degree but to educate myself more and to become a greater asset to others. In pursuit of knowledge for my greater purpose, I realize just how much passion this brought me. From earlier years of struggle, to changing my unhealthy habits I was moving towards something so amazing. I took it up a notch, I was daring, bold, I wanted to share this information, I wanted to help others transform their lifestyle. I decided to get certified as a Life Coach and Health and Wellness Coach. I seek to continue and make strides of excellence to have and see a transformed generation eating healthy, making healthy choices, developing and maintaining healthy lifestyle. It is achievable! It is worth it. Over the years, our diet has changed dramatically from that of our grandparents and great-grandparents. Our diets have been influenced by many factors and have become unrecognizable despite the information available to us. My goal is to have a healthier diet, follow a discipline diet, no processed foods, and a healthier lifestyle. These contribute to a healthy and longer life span.
